Mova Health is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.

However, purchases made through the Mova Health store are transactions directly between you and LETREND LLC, operating as Mova Health.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Mova Health and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, or performance of products purchased from Mova Health, except to the extent required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising directly from your purchase or use of products sold by Mova Health.
