LeSomagic Neck Trigger Point Release Tool

Spend your day looking down at a screen? The LeSomagic Neck Trigger Point Release Tool lets you lie back and let your own body weight press into the tight spots along your neck, shoulders and upper back – no batteries, no cords, just 10 minutes on the floor.

• 14 raised massage knobs: two rows of knobs press into the muscles beside the spine and under the base of the skull.
• Two-prong shape: the prongs sit on either side of the spine, so the pressure goes into the muscles, not the bones.
• You control the pressure: lean in for more, place a thin towel on top for less.
• No power needed: light, quiet and easy to keep by the bed or take to the gym.

How to use it

1. Place the tool on a firm surface such as a yoga mat or carpet, with the joined end at the top.
2. Lie on your back so the base of your skull rests on the top knobs and the prongs run along your upper back.
3. Relax and breathe slowly for 5–10 minutes. Move up or down a little to find tight spots.

Start with short sessions and a towel on top if the pressure feels strong. Stop if you feel pain, numbness or dizziness. Ask your doctor before use if you have a neck injury, recent surgery, osteoporosis or are pregnant. This is a relaxation tool, not a medical device.
